To kick off the brand new year of NEIVSA activities, we’re pleased to announce that we have launched a brand new website and have completely redesigned our logo. With a goal to make a more streamlined website that would be more user friendly on mobile devices and lower resolution monitors, we chose a theme that could better render text and was overall more appealing to the eyes. The result is a brand new website that enhances the readability of text and can adjust to any resolution screen. Our new homepage also features a 5 page slider that potentially allows us to display and promote more organizational information than ever before. Also for the first time ever, our annual Vietnamese Empowerment Summit will be receiving its own standalone website separate from the NEIVSA site offering a more professional platform for delivering conference information.
With the new website also comes the blog which will be used to deliver updates regarding our organization as well as other helpful information that could be beneficial to VSAs around the region. Also, member schools of our ICC will be able to utilize the blog to market their VSA/C as well as their events. One executive board member from each school in our ICC will be given an account on the NEIVSA Blog, allowing them to create and edit their own posts. All posts will be advertised on our Facebook page in order to maximize outreach. Access to the blog however will come with rules and regulations that soon will be announced.
For more updates make sure to keep following the blog. Details on obtaining blog access will be announced soon. In the meantime we hope you enjoy our new website!
